Helen's Turkey Veggie Soup!
2 lbs Jenn-o ground Turkey
1 onion (minced)
2 zucchini's (diced)
4 to 5 Potatoes (diced)
64oz Beef Broth
2 cans of diced tomatoes ( I use S&W premium, Ready Cut, Italian Recipe)
3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 bay leafs
2 teaspoon dry, crushed basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Knorr's chicken bouillon to taste ..l 5G% 17
In a large soup pot cook together the ground, turkey and onion
Add Beef broth & seasonings... bring to a boil
Add potato and zucchini (and any other veggies you would like to add to it)
Cooking till the potatoes are soft
Remove bay leaves and serve
